Prefab cabin, or prefabricated cabin, are buildings that are built off-site in advance in sections/modules and are able to be shipped and assembled on a location of your choice.

All Grhya products are already including interior finishing such as wall-to-wall vinyl/veneer covering, LED lightings, power points, light switches, water piping, aircon and TV installations, and smart home system (only for premium series). While exterior finishing would include granular asphalt membrane and/or Ulin (Iron wood) cladding or UPVC boards depending on the models.
Some models are already included fully fitted bathroom and kitchen. Alternatively you can purchase the empty unit and install kitchen, bathroom and furniture separately as add-ons. Prices are listed in our website.
Options for customization such as exterior/interior color, facade, layout are available in our website.
As termites are common in tropical climates, we apply anti-termite treatment to the wood used in our cabins.
Our cabins are equipped with smart-home systems such as smart door handle, smart light switch, smart electrical outlet, IR remote connected to Alexa/Google assistant that can be controlled by a mobile app and voice command for your convenience.
Prefab cabins are more sustainable than traditional houses as there are less logistics required in the process of construction, reducing carbon footprint. We use environmentally-friendly materials such as biodegradable insulation material and manufactured wood products
The cabins are constructed using high quality materials with robust and sturdy structure that last for years.
Currently we use rockwool as insulation with R-value of 13 (measurement for thermal resistance) which is suitable for tropical climate. Noise level and sound proofing within our unit measured at -28 dB from external noise.
As soon as your purchase order is finalized, we will send you an invoce for the first 10% deposit to secure your cabin. Further payment steps will be advised to you directly.
Not at the moment, but we are sourcing partners to provide financial aid for our customers.
Installation for the unit is already included in the price. However, for any installation outside Denpasar area, we would charge the cost of transportations, meals and accomodation for our team. In addition, all site works such as foundation, septic tank, water and electricity supplies should be prepared by the customer.
Currently we only ship across Indonesia.
Shipping fees are not included in the final price.
