GRHYA is a company made in - and inspired by - Bali, the island of the gods. The name is derived from sanskrit word griya, the traditional complex of Balinese priests. The griya homes are similar to Balinese royal compounds, or puri: revered centers of the community, bastions of culture and religion. With Bali as the company’s home, the name GRHYA pays homage to the island’s beauty, culture and nature.
With our sustainable business model and product, providing homes and constructions that have a low-impact on the environment, we believe GRHYA will give people the opportunity to take full potential of Indonesia’s beautiful destinations and hard to reach locations - as well as open opportunities where previously considered impossible.
The GRHYA team is made up of real estate, hospitality and property development experts, with decades of experience. The founder has 23 years in property development & hotel industry and 4 years in building up internet startup. He is joined by two co-founders, who have 18 years of property contracting and 15 years of property marketing experience.
Understanding these inter-related industries for many years, the GRHYA team knows how much potential prefabricated modular housing has for Indonesia, and just how much it can create opportunities for homebuyers, businesses and building destinations.
